Our primary focus is on students, recent grads, and those launching careers at entry-level or pivoting after a few to several years of working. This means we typically work with older teens and young adults into their late 20s or 30ish.

Since one of our specialties is working with people who have had a circuitous path in life, often in and out of college, or floundering since high school, or just not getting traction in a career, we sometimes see clients into their 30s. We love to help banish the label “Failure to Launch”!

While we value education for education’s sake, and we would never expect a teenager or very young adult to make a firm career choice “for life,” we respect that many students and families want to make educational choices that will position them for satisfying and successful careers.

Working with us—often in conjunction with an Independent Educational Consultant—can lead to a better ROI when making choices of college majors, gap year options, or other experiential programs or internships, and when considering transferring one’s college or university.

College juniors and seniors, recent grads, and early-career professionals…

…work with us to better understand how their strengths, interests, values, and more align with various career options and to be exposed to “what is out there” beyond careers they might already be considering or pursuing. We offer career assessments (testing), but more importantly, we talk with our clients, asking the right questions to uncover factors that will determine best-fit career directions.

We also provide cutting edge, strategic guidance for job search, including resumes, LinkedIn profiles, networking strategy, interview coaching, and more. For those wanting to improve their on-the-job performance, better navigate their workplace, or advance in their careers, we offer career management coaching.
