We come to our working relationship with no pre-conceived notions about what is a so-called “good” or “bad” career choice or way to live your life. We help you identify your unique strengths, work style, preferences, and other factors, while educating you about the many career choices out there and helping you land great jobs.

Flexible Structure. While we have a structured approach to our career counseling and coaching to ensure you get the outcomes you want, we are also fluid and flexible. That might mean we hustle to make deadlines for competitive programs or to position you as a strong candidate for prestigious job opportunities. Or we might spend a whole session helping you get up the nerve to ask someone for a networking meeting. We will always straddle the practical and emotional sides of career planning and job search to meet your unique needs at a pace that works for you.

Programs

Career Clarity Accelerator (CCA)

SELF-AWARENESS | EXPLORATION | FOCUS

4-week program

Includes individual career counseling/ coaching, on-retainer support, career testing, LinkedIn profile development, and recommended careers/roles.

Flexible for clients from high school and college students exploring careers or majors, to entry-level and early-career professionals choosing or changing careers, or for any young adult exploring and deciding about education/training/upskilling.

Great fit for those who don’t fit neatly into a student or employment status label, often due to neurodiversity, mental health, or gap years.

After completing the CCA, you have the option to continue in Job Search Accelerator, Momentum Coaching, or Hourly/Bundles as relevant.

Career Success for College Seniors (CS2)

FOCUS | DECISIONS STRATEGY | ACTION

Year-long support

Special program exclusively for graduating college seniors.

“CS-Squared” combines and expands the CCA, JSA, and MC programs to meet seniors’ unique needs and schedule for being career/job-ready.

Reduces the stress of managing career exploration and job search on top of a school workload.

Program lasts throughout a seniors’ entire final year (two consecutive terms or a summer and final term).

If client has not secured a job or achieved other mutually agreed upon goals by graduation (“landing”), service continues for up to 6 months for no additional fee on a modified but supportive and strategic basis until landing.

Job Search Accelerator (JSA)

TARGETING | PACKAGING STRATEGY | ACTION

4-week program

Covers key foundational tasks—critical scaffolding—for a successful and efficient job search.

Includes: career coaching; on-retainer support between sessions; resume, LinkedIn profile, elevator pitch, cover letters, networking communications; organizational tools; search strategy.

For same types of clients as the CCA.

Some clients conduct a job search during JSA, while others need the four weeks to become job search-ready.

New or returning clients can skip CCA and begin with JSA if their career/job targets are reasonably well defined.

After completing JSA, you may continue in Momentum Coaching or Hourly/Bundles.

Hourly Basis

CAREER COUNSELING & COACHING - ALL TOPICS

50-minute sessions and/ or hourly offline services

Addresses any aspect of career choice/change, job search, career management, or education plans.

Hours can be used in Zoom sessions or for services provided outside of sessions, such as document editing, or in a combination of those.

Best for self-directed clients who can take initiative to complete career planning or job search tasks on their own between sessions.

Also a good fit for those with needs that are fairly targeted or who are on a limited budget.

Some clients engage with us only in hourly sessions, while others tack on hourly sessions after an Accelerator program or Momentum Coaching.

Sessions (and offline service) are scheduled on an as-needed basis, with no obligation for any number of hours beyond one at a time.

NOTE: Working with us hourly is subject to our availability. The majority of our clients work with us in the all-inclusive packages or bundles, so our schedules often cannot accommodate hourly basis service.

Momentum Coaching (MC)

STRATEGY | ACTION ACCOUNTABILITY

4-week retainer

Ongoing support in four-week blocks for forward progress toward career decisions or career transitions, education/training, or job search goals. Also a good option for career management coaching (navigating a workplace/job).

Includes scheduled weekly sessions and your career counselor/coach on retainer for accountability and strategic guidance.

Ongoing document editing (e.g., tailoring resumes and cover letters).

MC is an optional add-on after completing CCA, JSA, or Hourly/ Bundles. In special cases, a client can start with MC.

You may register for multiple MCs, consecutively or intermittently.

Bundled Hours

Bundle of 3 Hours (B3) Bundle of 5 Hours (B5)

Same as hourly basis service except that by committing to three or five hours in advance (including advance payment in full and scheduling of at least the first two sessions), you receive a discount off the equivalent price for standalone sessions.
